The Kenwood owner and head chef Joel DeBilzan brings seasonal Italian influences to life in his cozy neighborhood 75-seater, which offers both a creative and comforting menu where guests can order whole-grilled fish or freshly-extruded pasta.  DeBilzan earned his chops for Italian cuisine as a 26-year-old head chef under nationally-recognized restauranteur Ethan Stowell at his flagship Seattle restaurant, Tavolata Belltown.  DeBilzan’s adaptive style impresses the foodies and casual eaters alike, with options for both the on-the-go patron seeking a lunch break burger and the couple celebrating their anniversary with a multi-course dinner.
